Are children allowed in the VIP Area?

VIP entry will only be permitted to adults 18 and older or infants that are accompanied by their parents. Children over the age of 1 will not be permitted entry into the VIP tent.

Is vaping or smoking allowed?

Due to the Clean Air Act, vaping or smoking is not permitted on public land which includes the festival grounds.

Are there any regulations on what can be brought into the festival?

The following items are NOT TO BE BROUGHT on to festival grounds:

  • Ice Chests and/or beverage coolers

  • Tents, Canopies or Awnings

  • Pets of Any Kind

  • Weapons of Any Kind

  • Bicycles, Skates, Skateboards, Scooters, Roller Blades

  • Private Golf Carts

  • Glass Containers

will alcoholic beverages be available at the festival?

Alcoholic beverages will be sold on festival grounds.Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages on the L.C. Civic Center grounds must have a valid State Driver’s License, ID or Military ID, with photo and must be at least 21 years of age.

Where is this is home fest?

This is Home Fest is hosted on the lakefront near the Lake Charles Event Center, unless noted otherwise. All events are subject to change and will take place rain or shine.

Does it cost to attend this is home fest?

This is Home Fest is a FREE outdoor concert. Other items such as food or beverage will be available for purchase upon entering the festival.

Will vendors receive a refund if the festival is canceLLED?

Refunds for booth fees will not be issued for TIHF. As a nonprofit organization, all proceeds from the festival directly support our mission and charitable initiatives. However, we remind vendors that their booth fees may qualify as a tax deduction, and we can provide necessary documentation for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us achieve our mission to enhance the unique quality of life in SWLA by sharing music and culture that celebrate local and global artistry.
